Empty CondoTenant

I had to illustrate a condo tenant who moved into Downtown San Diego under the auspicies that there would be lots of young, cool people living there. Well, as it turns out, the place was 80% empty and basically a ghost village. Luckily she lived on the second floor and had a nice street light pouring into her window. I was trying to use the space around her, such as the empty condo above, to show how lonely it was as well as give it an eerie nighttime vibe.
