Aaaah, just in time for the holiday's, I get assigned a story on exercise and weight loss. As if I'm not feeling guilty enough for lounging around and eating too much. I have a theory about keeping unwanted pounds off. I think the more we obsess over how many calories we are burning every flight of stairs we climb, or how many minutes we jog on the treadmill, put the watch away, hide the mirror, stop thinking of it as exercise and just go out and take a walk or throw a ball with a kid or buddy. This obsessive calorie counting is making weight loss a chore.
