One of the reasons I love California is all the crazy start-up businesses there are out here. I get assigned a good many shoots with local entrepreneurs that have crazy ideas who make them a reality. This guy started off making small scale trees out of metal and cement and now is making full sized replicas of Redwoods, palms and numerous other varieties that are shipped around the world. In fact, this was an assignment for a magazine in Dubai. Who says the USA doesn't make anything anymore.
