Boys to Men

If you are a parent of teenage boys, a Middle school teacher, or are just getting out of that tweenager age group, you have at least a dozen times in your life been hit by an atomic bomb sized cloud of effervescent body spray while walking down the hallway of a Jr. H.S. school, arcade, locker room, mall, or even a parking lot. Evidently these ghastly sprays have become a bit of a new phenom because when I was that age, we just smelled like iron and Fritos.
I shot this story for The NY Times on how company's such as Axe Body Spray are marketing to men 18-34 but in reality, it's the 12-16 year olds who are eating it up.

Speaking of young adulthood, I think it's crucial to be aware of this harsh reality: http://www.pressdisplay.com/pressdisplay/showlink.aspx?bookmarkid=4ZEB9JJWKH12&preview=article&linkid=3414a61c-350f-4208-93b9-c7aff2faf905&pdaffid=ZVFwBG5jk4Kvl9OaBJc5%2bg%3d%3d

It's sad, but true. Maybe it's more of a self esteem issue than anything. Anyway, hope this helped,
